  I visit Kimberly physio for ongoing postural problems. I have also attended Pilates mat and equipment classes. The staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of there way to look after you and make you feel relaxed and welcome.

  I have had 2 appointments for remedial massage which have pretty much cured my headaches and given me much more flexibility in my neck and shoulders. Much safer driver now I can look over my shoulder!!!!

  Appointments are always easily available. They have very good physios to help with injuries. The new location and client rooms are very nice.

  Love the mums and bubs Pilates classes! Highly recommend them. Also lovely new and clean space and super friendly staff!

  I saw Simon for pain in the next while working out at the gym, he was awesome. Through a video recording of the gym exercise I was doing, he identified it as the levator scapulae carrying the load and gave me exercises to strength back muscles.
