Every local and small business owner who has dealt with Shinju has a bad story to tell, have never heard a good one but maybe his mum will give him a good rap.

Thats the problem with small isolated towns like Broome, they have the monopoly.

Find another mechanical business in town that has morals, bypass these lowlifes.

I had a great experience with Shinju, the staff were very friendly to me, and they were so busy. It did take a while to get served but I understand that things take time, I know what freight is like in Broome as well so I expected to wait a while for my parts. Dont know what the other reviewer is on about, sounds like a douche bag to expect to get skyline parts in broome?

Just escaped Broome after living there 6 years. The business owner is a low life of very poor ethics and morals and the staff poorly skilled, sarcastic toolies. Yes I am a mechanic of many decades and have forgotten more than the mechanics ( sorry, technicians ! ) know.

Took us for nearly a thousand dollars when he should of billed our car manufacturer for services performed. Luckily the manufacturer, after trying to deal with him for nearly a year, gave up and just reimbursed us for his lack of ethics.

Ended up doing 5000km round trips to service the car instead of dealing with them.

I had a very good experience with Broome Nissan in 2015 when on holidays. I noticed my air con not working along the Gibb River Road. I rang broome nissan and they diagnosed what caused the issue over the phone and said bring it in. I left the wagon with them, luckily they had the aircon pipes in stock but they gave the job to an outside local aircon repairer. He mistakeningly cut my aircon pipes to short. Broome nissan sent over a Brand new wagon they had in the yard and they took off the aircon pipes from the new wagon and put them on mine. It took a day or two longer but the job was done very well. The cause of my problem was the aftermarket long range tank that was poorly installed 2 years prior. Broome nissan rang the installer ARB in sydney and the cost of the repairs was all taken care of. i payed nothing.

Hope to catch up with him elsewhere in the future to discuss his morals but from what others tell me, I have to get in line.

It must be nice to own a business and not worry about addressing customer needs
